Changed your mind? That's perfectly fine! You have the option to return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange.

Simply make sure that the products are still in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

To start a return, please reach out to us at hello@lowlandsummer.com. Remember to include the following information in your email:

1. The item name
2. The order number
3. Reason for the return (Optional)
4. The item you wish to exchange for (Exchange request only)

Once your request is confirmed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Kindly note that as a small business, we regretfully cannot cover the postage cost for returning items, unless they are deemed faulty.

You will receive an email once we have received and approved your return. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited back to your payment account.
